Today, the Nunes family operates with a meticulous commitment to sustainability, replanting 10–15% of their coffee trees each year to maintain the highest quality yields. This medium-light roasted coffee brings a delicate harmony of soft acidity and notes of caramel, milk chocolate, almonds, and snickers.
