Refund policy
At Vaillent Coffee Company we have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your coffee package to request a return. Enjoy it 30 days on us for free!
To be eligible for a return, your specialty coffee must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging.
You did not like your coffee? No worries - we fully stand behind our coffee. If you are not completely satisfied, our 30 days return policy still applies!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong coffee package, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of coffee packages cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of damaged coffee packages or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the coffee package you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for your new coffee package.
Refunds
Once approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
